IMPORTANT!

VISUALS & PROOFS
Upon placing a definite order, we may initially submit a visual layout for you to select and approve before going to artwork.

This is limited to three options only and once we go to artwork only minor details are allowed for in the cost. Major author corrections or total rejection of advised artwork will be charged extra.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO READ AND CHECK ALL PROOFS SUBMITTED AS ONCE APPROVED BY YOU, GOODWOODS CANNOT BE HELD RESPOSIBLE FOR ERRORS ONCE THE FINISHED ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN PRINTED AND MANUFACTURED.

Please note that delivery times will start when we have the final version approved by yourself in writing and not from the initial enquiry or artwork stages.

It is therefore crucial to minimise any delays in processing artwork and proofs.

PRINTING PLATES or BLOCKS are made at the end of this process to produce your job. Once made, they cannot be changed, so it is vital the proof stage is completed accurately and that you have signed off the final design to ensure there are no errors.
